Donations for the Union Gospel Mission
We would like to offer the opportunity to our patients to help the less fortunate this year! Any contribution is appreciated.
We are taking donations for the Union Gospel Missionstarting November 1st, 2011and ending December 31st 2011.
For any donation you are able to make, of any size or quantity our office will offer a $10 offany dental service for the next year.
Please let the front office know when you leave your donation so that we may give you your coupon!

■Canned / non-perishable foods
■Hygiene products ■Clothing
■Bedding

All age ranges are needed, from baby to adult. Examples: Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste, Kleenex, toothbrushes,
bath towels, washcloths, etc. socks, stocking hats, insulated gloves, scarves, coats, sweatshirts, boots/shoes. Twin bed sheets, blankets
